Ffair Nadolig 2019
A successful Ffair Nadolig was enjoyed by pupils, staff and families to finish off the term. Thanks to all the children for their hard work and everyone's support.
EC6 Express ideas and emotions through different media
What better way to kick off their new topic of Rollercoasters than to take a ride themselves. Pupils used the virtual reality goggles to express their ideas and emotions. They then completed a solo describe map and formulated questions of wonder.

Some great digital skills were on display today as pupils applied their findings from interviewing Mr Jenkins to produce a multimedia presentation using SWAY.

EC-7 Give off their energy and skills so that other people will benefit
Creativity has been flowing as children have produced their very own keepsake for Mr Jenkins following his recent, successful challenge of Ironman Wales. Each pupil have used a medium of their choice to produce their individual piece of art. Many great creations, each colourful, memorable and unique.

Learning all about the musical elements has helped pupils to appraise their own piece of music. They have enjoyed this and are looking forward to further experimenting themselves and creating their own short compositions.

HC-7 Have the confidence to participate in performance
A carousel activity of questioning to build on pupil's ideas proved fun today. Pupils then used these ideas to select questions to ask Mr Jenkins in the run up to Ironman Wales. They also spoke clearly and confidently in a special assembly showcasing their learning and wishing Mr Jenkins pob lwc!
