AC-3 Are questioning and enjoying solving problems 

As part of the topic, 'Can we compare life as a rollercoaster' pupils went on to explore coasters of their own and even design a new zip line attraction. Great collaboration, team work and problem solving to reach their final product!

Using the 'Tasc wheel' has helped pupils to think about the steps of their investigation. They have been investigating how exercise effects the heart rate. They have been measuring their own pulse rate before and after exercise as shown by Dr Bhari from Argyle Surgery and recording their findings using and applying their mathematical skills.
